How do I use BigMins BBQ Seasoning Paste? Is it really that simple?

Yes. it really is that simple!  We’ve done the seasoning for you. Simply Paste N Wait, no marinating required to prepare delicious meats, seafood and veggies at home!

Is BigMins just for ribs? Can I put it on other foods?

BigMins was created for Ribs, but it is delicious on Pork, Chicken, Salmon, Veggies, Burgers, Hot Dogs, Anything! See our Uses section for ideas.

Is BigMins gluten free? Is it vegetarian/vegan friendly?

BigMins does not carry an official seal, but has been verified as gluten free by food lab testing, and also contains no animal products.

Does BigMins contain MSG, High Fructose Corn Syrup or any preservatives?

No. We don’t use any of that artificial stuff in our product.  BigMins is all-natural and preservative free.

Does BigMins need to be refrigerated?

BigMins is packaged for the shelf and does not need to be refrigerated prior to opening.
Opened jars should be stored in the refrigerator to protect against spoiling.

How long can I keep a jar of BigMins after it is opened?

We hope you will never have this problem, because you will love BigMins so much you will use the whole jar every time!
But if you find yourself with a partial jar, just pop it into the fridge.  It should last for 3 weeks.

Can I freeze any leftover BigMins BBQ Seasoning Paste?

The paste can be frozen.  We do not recommend freezing in the jar, however.  Please remove paste from the jar and transfer to a freezer safe container.

Can I cook different kinds of foods on the BigMins Grill Gizmo?

Yes! The BigMins Grill Gizmo is designed to be a complete grilling system, when used with BigMiins BBQ Seasoning Paste.  Grill Meat, Seafood and Veggies all at the same time!

How much food will the Grill Gizmo hold?

The Grill Gizmo was designed to hold a lot of food! Food can be loaded onto the Gizmo in many different ways, but here are some examples of what will fit:

26 wings plus 3 full slabs of baby back ribs

4-6 pork chops in the outer channels plus 1 slab of baby back ribs in the center channel, and 26 wings on the outside

26 Wings or shrimp on the outside slots, pork chops or ribs in the outer channels, then veggies in the center channel

Or…remove the channels and flip the Gizmo over for a fantastic tray to cook a large fish fillet and enough veggies for a complete meal!

Will the BigMins Grill Gizmo fit on my grill?

The Grill Gizmo is sized to fit on most grills. Please refer to the dimensions below.

Should I oil the BigMins Grill Gizmo before I put the food on?

BigMins recommends applying a light coat of cooking spray to the Grill Gizmo before loading food. This will help food to release after cooking, and will also make cleanup a snap!

What is the best way to clean the Grill Gizmo?

Cleanup is easy! Just spray the Grill Gizmo with oven cleaner and toss it in the dishwasher. (We have had great results with Easy-Off Professional Fume Free Max Oven Cleaner)   The Gizmo will emerge clean and ready for your next grill adventure!

Is there a case or bag available for the BigMins Grill Gizmo?

What if I have a problem with my Grill Gizmo?

The BigMins Grill Gizmo is warranted for one full year to be free from defects in material or workmanship under normal use. This warranty applies only to the original owner and excludes damage from misuse or abuse, or failure to follow the manufacturer’s recommended care instructions.

We ship to all 50 states and US territories.
We are only able to ship internationally to APO/FPO/DPO addresses at this time.

Can I use a PO Box or APO address?

We are not able to ship to a PO Box. Our shipper requires a street address.
We are able to ship products using your APO/FPO/DPO address.

How much is shipping?

BigMins shipping charges vary by ship-to location, and type of shipping option.
For an economical option, consider using the “SmartPost” ship option. Delivery time will be extended by a few days longer than the “Ground” ship option, but offers significant savings.

How long will it take for my order to arrive?

We know you can’t wait to make your mouth happy with the delicious taste of BigMins!
Delivery time varies – estimated times for arrival can be seen below

Time for shipping is calculated from the date the order leaves our warehouse

Do I need to be home when my BigMins order arrives?

No, your BigMins shipment can be left for you.

How can I check my order’s status?

You will receive an email when your order is received and shipped.

Our carriers are great!  But sometimes, things happen.
